Postal Brownies Statement
When we decided to start delivering our Epic Brownies nationwide we said to ourselves that the brownies people order via our website for delivery shall be the same quality and EPICNESS as our more local customers that collect from our door.
No sorry-looking, limp "letterbox" brownies. No holding back on flavour or size.
NO COMPROMISES!

We had liaised with multiple courier companies over a number of months to try to make the best decision for us and our awesome customers. through our own personal experience and due to how helpful they were from the start we decided to go with Parcelforce. We had everything ready. Packaging, labels, web store, even an advert we were going to run to drum up even more excitement!

Then... Royal Mail, and therefore Parcelforce workers, announced they were taking strike action for better pay and conditions. We thought we may be able to carry on regardless but with the announcement of further strike action dates up to Christmas, we have decided to only offer limited quantities of boxes and on specific dates from now until after the new year, when hopefully these matters between the Royal Mail and their workers can be resolved.

We are gutted for all of you that want to get your hands on our delicious Epic Brownies as soon as possible but we are working hard to make the process as easy and stress-less as we can for you while also maintaining the high standards of service that we hold ourselves to. Please keep an eye on our Instagram account for the latest up to date news and when boxes will be available to order.

Again, apologies for the temporary blip. Lets look forward to an EPIC 2023 when the whole country will be able to get their chompers round our brownies whenever they damn well please!
